Suspected Stalker on Valencia Street & SF City College

     We saw this man stalking women at Love Story Yoga & Manny's Bar & Cafe in the 400 Block of Valencia Street a few years ago, in 2018 or 2019.  

 

     He was also seen at San Francisco City College (he's not a student) and  parks in the Mission District and Golden Gate Park, stalking a young woman from Europe who is going to school here.   

 

 

     Several of these pics are from his Facebook page.   The first three are of him stalking a woman in her classroom,  at SF City College.   

 

    When SFCC Staff trespassed him, he threatened revenge against them and the female student he had been stalking  --  for nearly a year. 

 

    Our Safety Volunteers helped notify the SF City College Administration and Campus Police; Love Story Yoga staff and other female residents, about him.   

 

  He lives in the 400 Block of Valencia Street, near 15th Street.  

 

  

     Be Advised!   He always wears a colorful, medium sized backpack.  

 

    He's threatening when confronted or "blocked" away from the female objects of his unwanted, obsessional advances.   

    

      He has also been been seen practicing with some type of metal on a "leash" that he flings out suddenly towards unsuspecting pedestrians he passes on the sidewalk, like a weapon of hate.

    During first year of Covid (2020), we didn't notice him because they were not very many places open or walking around.    That's when James stopped getting donations for rent and basic expenses,  because noone was around.

  Despite the lack of donations and funding,  our volunteers kept meeting because there were businesses and some pedestrians (and traffic) around,  who needed someone to look out for them at the intersection of 16th & Valencia Streets.    

 

 

   

Beware!   

 

If you spot him stalking or harassing women or other residents,  call SF Police at the Mission Station.  Take pics to prove stalking.

*** UPDATE FOR JANUARY 2022 ***  

A few months ago, in October 2021 or so, we have seen him back out,  cruising around on the down low, because he knows we know and we're watching. 

  Our beloved local Love Story Yoga is back open and we're here to make sure they are left alone from aggressive (and potentially violent) predators in the 16th & Valencia Streets neighborhood.
